Brody Stevens
Brody Stevens
Brody Stevens is a comedian who possesses that always elusive natural character. Many on the inside call him, “The Entertainers’ Entertainer.” Let’s not forget the English speaking audiences! Citizens of the world, both young and old, continue to support this eclectic personality as he attempts to bridge the gap between man and crowd.

After retiring from a successful amateur baseball career at 23, where many of his former teammates have gone on to make millions in the major leagues, Stevens found his calling in Seattle where he began doing stand up in the mid-'90s, working out of the Comedy Underground and other notable Emerald City establishments. In addition to his stage work, The Brody Stevens Cable Access TV Show was a cult favorite throughout the Pacific Northwest. The show was zany, in your face, and live for two years, adding much needed spunk to Seattle’s dreary climate. Then it was off to New York City! Three years in the Big Apple, he did everything from the ultra-hip Luna Lounge to the Lower East Side street theater. On top of that, he gave tours at Radio City Music Hall.

Currently active in the Los Angeles comedy scene, Stevens is no stranger to the limelight of national exposure. His many credits include Comedy Central’s Premium Blend, Sarah Silverman: Jesus Is Magic, CBS’ The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn three times, five counting re-runs, R2PC: Road to Park City at Slamdance Film Festival, NBC’s Late Friday, and PAX TV’s Ed McMahon's Next Big Star. Another fact, Stevens has paneled on National Lampoon’s Funny Money, sketched at Jimmy Kimmel Live!, passed FX’s The Test with Jillian Barberie, and is a daily contributor for The Best Damn Sports Show Period on Fox. Corporate functions and roast opportunities are being fielded as well, it’s just a fact, from the Texas Rangers to Tom Arnold’s celebrity galas.

A side note, Stevens has been brought in on numerous television projects, bringing the best out of each and every tourist type spectator attending a taping here in the city of Hollywood. Stevens calls this a valued skill.

The Best Damn Sports Show Period, The Man Show, The NFL Show, various pilots, and Late World with Zach are just a few of the many events that have requested his service.

Stevens has also appeared in several independent films. He hosted Levi Strauss: Semester Online, toured America with the You Laugh, You Lose College Game Show, and tamed audiences at the upstart Chicago Just for Laughs Comedy Festival and Vancouver Just for Laughs Comedy Festival.

Stevens just wrapped a pilot for Comedy Central called Defending Your Date and will be laying down video commentary on The Sports List, check your local Fox affiliate. Also, Stevens is a frequent visitor to the radio airwaves that blanket the Lower 48, most notably, The Tony Bruno Extravaganza on Sporting News Radio and the nationally syndicated All Comedy Radio. On each coast, Stevens is fast becoming a crowd favorite. To those in the know, he’s a hot commodity with childlike exuberance, taking on the business of laughter with a smile. - See more at: http://www.laughfactory.com/BrodyStevens#sthash.xbcEcPei.dpuf
Diarrhea Planet
Diarrhea Planet
The gravitational pull of Diarrhea Planet is strong; once you get caught in the orbit of its stadium-sized riffs and blistering solos, it’s hard to escape. The Nashville six-piece has been melting faces since its debut 7” Aloha first started making waves outside the leafy campus of Belmont University, where its members first met. What started as a dorm room dick joke between two friends bored by the music-business ladder-climbing of their classmates has grown into one of the biggest—and loudest—rock acts to come out of Nashville since their big bros and labelmates in JEFF The Brotherhood. As they toured the country behind their critically acclaimed 2013 LP I’m Rich Beyond Your Wildest Dreams, the likes of Billboard, Rolling Stone, SPIN, and even BuzzFeed have taken notice. Ignore them at your own peril.
On their latest LP for Infinity Cat Recordings, Turn to Gold, the Planet boys worked with Vance Powell, the Grammy-winning engineer and Jack White confidant. Powell used his expertise in recording live sound to capture some of the energy of the Diarrhea Planet live experience—they tracked the main guitar and drum tracks live, in the same room, for a record that’s both massive and frenetic. It’s easily the most sophisticated and complex music they’ve ever made, but still carries the joyous irreverence that minted thousands of RAWK fans across the country.
The band’s rhythm section, which features drummer Ian Bush (a.k.a. Tuff Gus) and bassist Mike Boyle, is the bedrock on which the foundation is built, but what makes Diarrhea Planet explode is the raw power of its four guitars. Not one note is wasted, and each ax slinger plays a role; Jordan Smith writes soaring power pop singalong hooks; Brent Toler brings a classic rock sensibility and chunky, fuzzy riffs; Emmett Miller’s wields classical training and a wizard-like five-finger pick-less technique for mind-bending, finger-tapping solos; and Evan Bird is the glue that holds them all together, capable of playing any part (or instrument) as needed.
Diarrhea Planet is a nationally touring band, playing a punishing schedule of more than 200 shows a year. But they cut their teeth in the clubs and house shows of the Nashville DIY scene, built by the likes of JEFF, Heavy Cream, Natural Child, Pujol, and shaped in legendary spaces like the old police precinct that would come to be known as Glenn Danzig’s House. As they’ve graduated from living rooms to clubs to festivals, the energy has remained constant—just ask the ladies in the mosh pit or the crowdsurfing dads you’re sure to find at any Diarrhea Planet show. They’re carrying the torch for the past, present and future of rock, and you’d be wise to take notice—everyone else sure has
Adam Green
Adam Green
Adam Green is renowned around the globe as one of music's most unique and prolific songwriting talents - his songs have been performed by artists as diverse as The Libertines, Carla Bruni, Kelly Willis, and Will Oldham. A New York native, Green was just 17-years old when he recorded and released his first album. As part of the downtown antifolk scene at the end of the nineties he made up one-half of The Moldy Peaches, who enjoyed belated mainstream success via the Grammy-winning, #1 Billboard Chart ranking soundtrack of the 2007 Academy Award-winning movie Juno. As a solo artist Green has recorded 9 albums, many of which have become cult hits. His 2005 record Gemstones went Gold in Europe.

His eruptive bursts of creativity have led him into the world of movies and visual arts - staging exhibitions across Europe and America, most recently at LISTE art fair in Basel. He also found himself writing/producing/directing and acting in The Wrong Ferarri (2010), a "screwball tragedy" which was the first feature film shot entirely on an iPhone. It has since been featured in the curriculum of NYU's Tisch Film School. Rolling Stone magazine described it as "Fellini on Ketamine."

In late 2015 he completed his second feature film Adam Green's Aladdin - an immersive fantasy film starring Macaulay Culkin, Natasha Lyonne, Alia Shawkat, and Francesco Clemente - with Green playing Aladdin. The subversive and dazzling art-film was shot entirely on papier-mache sets. The story is a modern day version of Aladdin wherein the lamp is a 3-D printer, the Princess is a decadent socialite, the planet gets a sex-change, and its population prints out an analogue version of the Internet.

Also in 2015 Adam began a collaboration with Mich Dulce making a line of hats inspired by his artwork and the Aladdin movie. The designs incorporate elements from his HOUSEFACE symbolic alphabet, a group of reduced cubist pictographs gleaned from the facial features of the popular cartoon characters Garfield, Big Bird, and Elmo. In January of 2016 he will exhibit the art from Adam Green's Aladdin at the Fondation Beyeler Museum in Basel, Switzerland.

Of his now multifaceted career Green, says: "You know how people are always looking for a unifying theory? I was looking for a unifying theory of artistic expression. I was trying to create some kind of fluidity within my music, art, writing. If you listen to my songs, you see they're kind of cartoonish. I try to make songs like my paintings. When creating my movie, I approached the script like it was a song."

Peak Physique
Peak Physique
drum machine + guitar + matters of the heart
Love and Sex are super important. Peak Physique are here to help you through both. The electronic pop duo exists to bring people together...mostly at the face, hands, and bathing suit areas.
Matt Honkonen (Tenderhooks/Llama Train) and Wil Wright (LiL iFFy/Senryu), both veteran East TN  songwriters, broke ground on their collaboration with no plan or direction. The group's sound was built on a blending of slow, heavy-handed samples/beats, sparse/delicate vocals and guitar, and by channeling a bit of 1970's soul, schizophrenic modern pop, and sinful living. Honkonen and Wright found themselves with an unexpectedly raw, exotic sound, and the act was formed.
Because Peak Physique exists to encourage people to make each other  feel as good as possible, please enjoy the songs responsibly. If you aren't ready to start a family, another band might be more suited to your lifestyle.
Otherwise, let's get comfortable.
"I swear that their electro-synth-rock sound fills whatever space they’re playing, no matter the size. When I saw them perform, the world just dissolved and was replaced with immediacy. What mattered was the then and there. It’s not just good local music: It’s good music period. It’ll be sheer bliss seeing them perform again."
- Will Oaks, WUTK
"Is anybody having more fun making music and performing right now than Peak Physique? These are two of the most creative songwriters in town coming together for something that is completely unique. Poppy, weird, sensual, and at times NSFW, their set was engaging and an all-around good time."
- Knoxville Music Warehouse
