TRANSFERRING/ SELLING TICKETS
Please email us with:
1. The show you are referring to.
2. YOUR name and the email you used to purchase the tickets.
3.The number of tickets YOU wish to transfer.
4. The NEW name and email you would like the tickets transferred to.
This way , it is less hassle at the gate and the new ticket owners can be notified by email of any changes to the schedule or information about the show. It's easiest for everyone this way.
Unfortunately, when a show sells out in advance there are no tickets left at all. We always highly recommend getting tickets in advance on our website to avoid being shut-out of a show you want to see. You can also click on the link of the show you want to attend and sign up for the waiting list. Please remember: When tickets are refunded by request, they immediately become available for purchase via Showslinger. Often, it is only a couple tickets that become available. Anyone who has signed up to be notified receives the email at the same time. If the link shows SOLD OUT, it means someone else has already purchased the tickets.
I see that there are "people" selling tickets on Facebook/ online for the sold out show I want to attend. Should I buy tickets from them?
NO! Please do not purchase tickets from "people" (BOTS) on Facebook. Please do not purchase tickets from third-party sites such as : Ticketmaster or StubHub or Vivid or Lysted or Seatgeek or Ticketswap or etc. etc....
ONLY BUY FROM US. We use Showslinger.
Note : Sometimes bands or artists use a third-party seller for their Artist Presale tickets. This is fine, as long as we announce that there is a presale and it is sold through the artist or band.

If you buy from a third-party seller, most times those tickets are FAKE. You will not be allowed through the gate with fake tickets. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE be sure that you only buy directly from us (Showslinger) or someone you KNOW and TRUST.
I bought tickets. I'm coming to a show. How do I check in at the gate?
WILL CALL AND PRINTED TICKETS
All attendees MUST present a valid photo ID to check in at the gate and to receive the wristband indicating under/over the age of 21. You can present either printed tickets or a screenshot of your tickets along with your ID. Please have all of this ready to go and the wait will be easier on everyone. Remember: This is a HOLLOW, so cell phone reception is gloriously unreliable. Grab a screenshot of your tickets BEFORE you arrive at the gate. THANK YOU!
